Welcome to the City of Campbell River Bid Opportunities Website
This site allows potential Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account. Bidders select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.
Competitive bid documents, addenda and award information is posted on this website. The City of Campbell River does not charge any document, project or administration fees to Bidders. In order to submit a bid, Bidders are required to create a Bidding System Vendor Account but are not required to pay an annual subscription fee in order to submit a bid.
Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.

For public notice, as required by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), The City of Campbell River intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by the following cooperative buying groups:
- BC Corporate Supply Arrangements (CSA)
- Canoe Procurement Group of Canada
- Sourcewell
