The City of Campbell River is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a growth-related infrastructure study for the Quinsam Heights neighbourhood to evaluate current and future traffic conditions, with a particular focus on the function and capacity of Petersen Road and its ability to accommodate projected development.
