The City of Campbell River invites tenders for the 6TH Avenue and Thulin Street Utility renewal project which
includes the following generalized scope of work:

Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, all supervision, construction, equipment, labour,
materials, permits, security, and related items required for construction of approximately 700m of watermain,
200m of sanitary sewer, and 230m of storm sewer.

Also included is the requirement to coordinate the necessary permanent asphalt paving with the City’s paving
contractor – Tayco Paving, which is delivered under separate contract, and the requirement to reinstate existing
pavements markings after paving work is complete.

A non-mandatory site meeting (but highly recommended) for Tenderers will take place on Thursday,
January 19, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Tenderers are to meet onsite at the intersection of 6th Ave and Thulin Street.
Tenderers are requested to have reviewed the documents prior to the meeting and wear appropriate safety
gear.
