The City of Campbell River is seeking qualified firms to conduct an assessment and options analysis of biosolids handling at the Norm Wood Environmental Centre (NWEC), the City’s wastewater treatment plant. The assessment is to review the current process and recommend alternative long-term solutions for handling biosolids.
