The City of Campbell River is seeking a qualified consulting firm to complete a comprehensive review and update of the existing DCC bylaw, and update the corresponding DCC capital programs utilized in the development of the 2010 DCCs to reflect any works that have been either modified or completed; review and update the proposed capital project lists; consider the addition of new Fire Protection and Police DCC categories, and ensure construction estimates are updated to current prices.
