Description: 

The City of Campbell River has previously conducted a tender process for the Highway 19A
Phase III – Civil Works project which was awarded to Wacor Holdings Ltd. The landscaping,
related surface features and irrigation systems were specifically excluded from their work so that
the City could establish a selected list of pre-qualified specialty landscaping firms.

It is the City’s intention to allow Wacor Holdings Ltd. to seek proposals from pre-qualified
landscaping contractors to sub-contract under the current agreement between the City and
Wacor Holdings Ltd.

Only landscaping firms with the demonstrated landscaping experience of similar size, scope,
and complexity shall be considered to participate in a selected invitation to compete as the
landscape sub-contractor for Wacor Holdings Ltd.
