The City of Campbell River is requesting proposals from qualified and interested firms with expertise in conducting a detailed and automated road by road (segment by segment) pavement condition survey with the specific goal to develop a short- and long-term pavement management plan for approximately 280 kilometers of paved road surfaces (227Km of 2 lane, 53Km of 4 lane).
