The City of Campbell River is seeking qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for a long-term contract for the Biosolids Management Program at the City’s liquid waste services facility, the Norm Wood Environmental Centre (NWEC). This Program is intended to manage the Class B biosolids produced at NWEC over a period of 5 years, as well as provide consulting services recommending best sustainable agricultural practices to maximize the biosolids field as a resource that benefits the City and minimizes negative impact on the environment. |
