Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, tools, mobilization, demobilization, disposal, transportation, supervision, permits and other required costs and incidents to complete the site demolition and construction of the sports fields and accessibility improvements at Nunns Creek Park, as per the specifications and drawings. The project site is located 1465 16^th Ave, Campbell River, BC V9W 4J3 and is bordered by 16^th Avenue to the north, a privately owned parcel to the west and Nunns Creek to the south and east.
