The City of Campbell River and the Wei Wai Kum First Nation (the Owners) are seeking proposals from qualified consultants to undertake a condition assessment of the Campbell River Cruise Ship Terminal located at 2405 Spit Road, Campbell River, BC. as well as any recommendations for repairs along with associated cost estimates in order to bring the facility into compliance with current standards. In addition the consultant shall provide recommendations and options in which the facility may be utilized, other than a cruise ship terminal, to further develop the usage and expand economic growth to the area. |
