The City of Campbell River is seeking statements of qualifications from experienced HVAC services contractors to provide repairs, upgrades, installations and replacements of HVAC components and systems for City facilities. All work is to be on an “as needed, when needed” basis. It is the City’s intention to award this RFQ to one (1) Primary Contractor. In addition, two (2) or more additional contractors may be awarded as Secondary Contractors who may be utilized by the City when needed or if the Primary Contractor is unavailable. The City may also choose to request price quotes from both the primary and secondary contractors and award a project to the contractor offering the City the best value. The City reserves the right to utilize the services of the primary and secondary contractors at its sole discretion. |
